Lauren is an attorney and nationally-recognized subject matter expert in Cannabis and CBD Law. Based in Los Angeles, Lauren advises licensed cannabis industry brands, operators, and ancillary businesses on legal strategy, regulatory compliance, and transactional matters. Lauren has been practicing in the cannabis space since shortly after Proposition 64 was passed in California, and has completed over 100 cannabis projects with U.S. and international clients. Prior to her career in cannabis, Lauren graduated from Harvard Law School and worked at an AmLaw100 global law firm in London & New York in the Capital Markets and Banking groups, and at startup, where she managed a multi-million dollar book of business and her clients included emerging and Fortune 500 life sciences and technology companies.
