Chris is Head of Sales for Cova Software, an award-winning cannabis POS & inventory management platform that simplifies compliance and streamlines complex dispensary operations. Ken previously served as the Campaign Manager and Director of Field Outreach for the Medical Marijuana 2020 Campaign which successfully supported the passage of Initiative 65 to create Mississippi’s medical marijuana program. He now uses his prior experience and personal connections to build an effective organization that represents the interests of the new medical marijuana industry in Mississippi. Ken is passionate about the efforts of 3MA because the success of the industry is vital for patients to obtain relief with medical marijuana products.

After graduating from Business Management & Entrepreneurship at Algonquin College, Tyler Spence joined Solink as an Account Executive where he focused primarily on the restaurant and retail industry. Tyler's dedication, leadership, and passion over the past 3 years earned him the position of Territory Sales Manager for the Regulated Industry. He now manages the Cannabis Industry where he leads a team supporting over 800 Cannabis Customers.
