KEEP CURBSIDE PICK UP AND DELIVERY

IN ONTARIO

SUPPORT LOCAL CANNABIS RETAILERS IN ONTARIO

EFFECTIVE 11:59PM ON THURSDAY JULY 23RD, ONTARIO CANNABIS RETAILERS WILL NO LONGER BE ABLE TO LEGALLY DELIVER CANNABIS OR OFFER CURBSIDE PICK UP.

Since the onset of COVID-19, cannabis retailers have shown resilience and innovation by adapting to ongoing changes. The decision to not make curbside pick up and delivery permanent fundamentally puts legal cannabis retailers at a major disadvantage, while illegal cannabis delivery businesses continue to thrive on Weedmaps (CLICK HERE for a map showing only legal cannabis businesses).

Ontario cannabis retailers are seeking your support in convincing the government of Ontario to reconsider the decision to end curbside pick up and delivery for cannabis products.

The cannabis sector needs to be granted the same treatment other retailers have received with respect to ecommerce and delivery options. The only way we combat the black market is by working together. Let's make illegal delivery services a thing of the past.
